Event planner sheet: on-site art activation
Everything your venue and production team need, on one page.
- The activation
- A drop-in art station where guests add to one shared artwork in two to five minutes. The piece grows through the event.
- Guests
- From 50 to 1,000+. Larger events run concurrent stations, each with a facilitator.
- Space
- Open floor or tables in a high-traffic area such as a foyer, expo hall or reception. Good light. Water nearby.
- Power
- Not usually needed. We confirm with your venue if lighting or display screens are added.
- Setup and teardown
- We arrive before doors open and clear the space after close. Times are agreed with your venue in advance.
- We bring
- All materials, surface protection, signage, facilitators and clean-up.
- You provide
- The space, venue access times and a contact on the day.
- Accessibility
- Seated and standing options, adapted tools, and ways to take part without speaking.
- What you keep
- The finished artwork and photographs for your channels and event recap.
- Paperwork
- Contracts through 5280 Wall Art LLC. Certificate of insurance and W-9 on request.
