Team sessions

Team building art experiences, designed around your group

Your group. Our creative direction. Something made together. We bring everything to your office, offsite venue or retreat, and shape each session around who your people are and how you want them to feel at the end.

Why teams do this

Four reasons organisations book a team session

  • Building connectionColleagues meet as people, across roles, sites and seniority.
  • Marking a momentA launch, an anniversary or a new leader’s first offsite, held in something you can hang on the wall.
  • Exploring something togetherA shared question, a strategy or a change, made visible so the team can talk about it.
  • Simply creatingAn afternoon of play and focus that people remember long after the slides.

The formats

Five team experiences

Each runs from 45 minutes to a full day and can be combined across a retreat. These are starting points: we tailor every session to your theme and goals.

Why art

What making art adds to your offsite

Art pairs beautifully with the talking parts of an offsite, and it gives your team things a discussion or an improv game rarely leaves behind.

  • Every voice shows upQuieter people contribute in colour and image, at their own pace.
  • Conversation flows sidewaysWith hands busy, people talk more openly than across a table.
  • A visual recordThe ideas of the day, held in one image people can point to.
  • Something the team keepsA finished artwork that hangs in your space long after the event.

Remote and hybrid teams

Virtual team sessions with art kits shipped to each person

Distributed teams create together on a live video session. Every participant receives a kit at home with everything they need, and the pieces come together into one shared artwork at the end.

Hybrid sessions connect the people in the room with colleagues joining online, so everyone is part of the same piece.
