Four ways to take part, in one sculpture

  • ChalkboardAt ground level, a question that changes every month, starting with “What makes you human?”
  • Painted landscapeA hand-painted mural wrapping the outside of the tower.
  • Hidden galleryAn interior spiral display where neighbours hang their own art.
  • Art supplies exchangeTake some, leave some: a simple way for neighbours to share and meet.

Built with Black Rhino Construction in all-weather materials, designed to stand for ten years or more. Every gallery feeds one shared digital space where artwork from all of them can be seen together.

The first gallery

The pilot stands at the Cantril School in Castle Rock, the Town’s 1897 schoolhouse and now an arts and culture hub, funded by a Town of Castle Rock Art and Culture Grant with site support from Castle Rock Parks and Recreation. It grew out of Wonder, a series of public painting events with the Castle Rock Public Art Commission, TriArts and the Castle Rock Artists Alliance.
