Multi-session projects where your people become co-authors of a large-scale artwork. Painting, reflecting and building something together that holds your collective story, for years to come.
What these projects do
How a legacy project runs
We begin with conversations. Whose voices need to be in this? What stories, images and memories define this moment? An advisory group from your organisation helps shape the guiding question.
A visual language emerges from those conversations: shapes, symbols and imagery that are distinctly yours. Sketches go back to the advisory group for feedback before any paint is mixed.
On larger projects, people from inside your organisation are trained to facilitate, so the practice stays with you.
Over one or more sessions, participants paint directly onto large panels, many for the first time. The process is guided, and what emerges is genuinely co-authored.
The finished work is documented, professionally finished and installed to last, in your building or a public space.
An unveiling celebrates everyone who made it, and the artwork keeps travelling: exhibitions, reports, events and the stories people tell about it.
