Team building after a reorganisation or merger

Bring two groups together into one team

After a reorganisation or merger, people need a shared way forward. Making one artwork together gives a new team its first shared story: what each group brings, what to carry forward, and what to build next.

How it runs

Integration sessions usually run a half day or a full day, sometimes as a series across the first months of the new structure. Past, present and future can each have a panel, the way students at Ursuline College Chatham told their school’s story in four panels.

Connected in Chaos brought thirteen organisations together over thirteen weeks into one public artwork, funded by the residents of London, Ontario through a public vote. Read the case study.
